Return Policy / Shipping Damage

RETURN POLICY: All orders can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund with the following conditions.

Customer must first contact us to receive a return authorization number which must be clearly written on the outside of the package. The returned item must be returned in new condition and ship in the same packaging it was received in. Items not returned in the original packaging or that are not received in resell-able condition will be subject to a restocking fee or other deduction depending on the individual case. 

The return shipping charges are paid for by the customer and it is strongly advised that you procure shipping insurance when returning any of our glass items, as they have a high rate of shipping damage.


SHIPPING DAMAGE: If you item arrived broken or appears to be defective, it is most likely caused from package mishandling (specifically when dealing with our Glassic Gifts® line of products). All of our shipments are insured and in most cases you will not need to return the broken product to get a replacement.
